All of these can be put in the soapbox I've been sitting on for about two weeks now lamenting the absolute circus that is our 24 hour news cycle. The only thing missing from these channels is the acrobats and elephant poop.
The media's endless repetition of useless information, hurtful and inappropriate interferences in real people's lives, and lack of boundaries or filters has left me completely annoyed and disgusted.
Don't get me wrong: I'm all about crazy car chases and interesting information. What gets me nuts is when they go on and on and on and on about the same pieces of information to the point that they look like hysterical idiots who have lost sight and purpose in the story. They kill everything they cover. And don't get me started on the Swine Flu hysteria!

and I will now step off my soapbox.
May Michael Jackson rest in peace.
And may the idiots who think they can outrun the law while being broadcast on live television continue to be caught.
